Privacy Policy

Cxddie is a desktop app. Your projects, CAD files, code and agent conversations stay on your machine. We don’t run servers that receive them, and the app doesn’t send analytics or crash reports.

What the app sends, and where

• License checks (work seats only). If you enter a license key, Cxddie sends it and your computer’s name to Lemon Squeezy to activate the seat on that machine. It checks the key about once a day after that. Personal use sends nothing.
• Update checks. Cxddie downloads the latest release information from GitHub, where the installers are hosted. GitHub sees your IP address, as it would for any download.
• Agent plan usage. To show how much of your Claude Code or Codex plan you’ve used, Cxddie reads the sign-in that agent already saved on your machine and asks Anthropic or OpenAI directly. The sign-in and the answer go only between your machine and that company. They never reach us.
• Agents and CAD programs. The agents and CAD apps you run in Cxddie connect to their own services under their own privacy policies. Cxddie doesn’t change what they send.

When you buy a seat

Lemon Squeezy handles checkout as merchant of record and collects your name, email, billing address and payment details under its own privacy policy. We receive your name, email, the seats you bought and your license keys. We use them to provide the seats, answer support questions and email you about your subscription. We never sell them.

This website

This site is hosted on Vercel, which keeps standard server logs, including IP addresses, for a short time to run and secure the service. We don’t use advertising or tracking cookies.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of the data we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it. Email support@cxddie.com and we’ll reply within 30 days. We keep billing records for as long as tax law requires.

If we change this policy, we’ll update the date at the top of this page.
