Free for personal use. One seat per person for work.

Personal use is free
- Personal projects and hobbies
- Learning, teaching and academic research at an educational institution
- Open-source projects that are not developed as paid work
Work use needs a Cxddie Team seat
You need a seat if you use Cxddie as an employee, contractor or member of an organization for its work, or to produce work you're paid for — including freelance and client work.
- $19.99 per user per month. Buy seats.
- A seat belongs to one named person, on up to 3 of their own machines.
- Seats can be reassigned when someone leaves.
- Organizations buy enough seats for everyone using Cxddie for their work.
- Evaluating Cxddie for work is free for 30 days.
You may not resell, sublicense or redistribute Cxddie, get around its license checks, or share one seat among several people.
In the app
On first launch Cxddie asks How will you use Cxddie? — Personal or Work. Work users enter their seat key under the license badge at the bottom of the sidebar.
Cxddie never locks anything. Unlicensed work use only shows a reminder. Keys are checked against Lemon Squeezy daily and stay valid for 14 days offline.

Organizations are responsible for buying enough seats for everyone who uses Cxddie for their work. Evaluating Cxddie for work is allowed without a seat for 30 days.
Restrictions
You may not:
- resell, sublicense or redistribute Cxddie
- remove or get around its license checks
- share one seat among several people
No warranty
Cxddie is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. The authors are not liable for any damages arising from its use, including damage to CAD models, repositories or other files.
Third-party components bundled with Cxddie are covered by their own licenses.
