Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of the Cxddie desktop app and this website, and any Cxddie Team seats you buy. Cxddie is made by William Schill (“we”). By downloading or using Cxddie you agree to these terms and to the Cxddie License, which says who may use Cxddie for free and who needs a seat.

Seats and billing

• A Cxddie Team seat costs $19.99 per user / month, billed monthly in advance until you cancel. Prices exclude any sales tax or VAT, which is added at checkout where it applies.
• Orders are processed by our reseller, Lemon Squeezy, who is the merchant of record. Their buyer terms also apply to your purchase.
• You can cancel at any time from the link in your receipt email. Your seat stays active until the end of the period you’ve paid for. Refunds are covered by our refund policy.
• We may change prices. We’ll tell existing customers by email at least 30 days before a change affects their next renewal.

License keys

Each seat comes with a license key for one named person, on up to 3 of their machines. Keep it private. Cxddie checks the key online about once a day and keeps working for 14 days without a connection.

Your work and third-party tools

• Your projects, CAD files and code are yours. Cxddie keeps them on your machine and doesn’t upload them to us.
• Cxddie runs AI coding agents and CAD programs that you install. They come from other companies, under their own terms, and you pay those companies for them where they charge. We aren’t responsible for what they do.
• Agents change files on your behalf. Check their work, keep backups and use version control. Cxddie puts every workspace on its own git branch to help with this.

No warranty

Cxddie is provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind. To the fullest extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for any indirect or consequential damages, or for damage to CAD models, repositories or other files. Our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Ending these terms

You can stop using Cxddie at any time. We may suspend a license key that is shared, resold or used against the Cxddie License.

Changes

If we change these terms, we’ll update the date at the top of this page. For a significant change, we’ll also email customers who have an active seat.
